Default Concept Skill: Curse Seal (elite)

Curse Seal (elite)
5 energy
2 second casting time
15 second recharge time

Elite Skill. If target foe is suffering from a necromancer hex, that hex spell is "sealed" for 2...18 seconds. When "sealed" this hex cannot be removed, but when is ends, that hex is also removed.

Okay, so yeah, this is to "cover" up hexes a lot better, depending on how fast that guy reacts to the hex. But to keep long hexes from lasting such as Spiteful Spirit, when this ends, the hex also ends.
Also, keep in mind that if there's any other hex that was put on before or after the "sealed" hex, those can be removed, just not the sealed one.
Once "sealed", the hex icon will have a necromancer icon on top of it (the icon would be the same as the run icons). Then below the hex duration, a red bar will be there just to show how long the seal lasts.
Then yeah.. that's all!
